Public Skating & Little Skaters: Monday 11-12:15 pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 10-12:15 pm, and Saturday & Sunday 3:30-5 pm. It is now mandatory for everyone that is skating to wear a CSA approved helmet. Youth and adult helmets are available at the reception desk to borrow. Please note: Time change on the 20th and 27th due to Slammers Games…time is 1:00-3 pm.

 Yoga for Seniors: Offered Tuesdays and Thursdays 10-10:45am. The program will help you increase flexibility, agility and strength. Gentle standing and seated poses using chairs and mats. Admission is by donation. Everyone is welcome! Provided by Pure Zen Yoga.

 Aqua-Fitness: This fun filled cardio-resistance exercise class will give you a full body workout. Every Tuesday from 12-1pm at our aquatic facility. Cost: $7/class or a punch card $60/10 classes.

 Youth Zone Afterschool (Grades6-9) Drop-in: Monday to Friday 3:30-5:30pm. This drop-in program is an opportunity to get involved in a variety of activities in the Field House. Lots of equipment will be available for sport and games with the focus on being active and spending time with friends. Drop-in fee is $3. Tuesday & Thursday are free due to the generous support of the WHS Men’s Alumni Hockey Team.

Let’s Float: This NEW program is for adults looking to become comfortable and confident in the water. Quality instruction will be given on basic water movement, breathing techniques and more. Offered every Wednesday at 2:30-3:30pm in our aquatic facility. Cost: $5

 ‘Swim for Life’ Swim Lessons: Watch for registration dates for Winter Session beginning in January 2017!

Crafts for Christmas Sale: Saturday the 5th, 9am-5pm in the Field House. Admission: $5/person; Under 12yrs is free. Over 100 vendors to do all of your Christmas shopping.

 Free Public Swim: Sponsored by Highlift Auto Services: Sunday, the 6th, 1:30-3pm

Active Adults: Every Monday 9 am-12 pm. Drop-in and socialize over coffee and snacks and participate in activities such as, dominos, card games, shuffleboard, and floor curling. Don’t miss this great opportunity to be both, social and active.

Sports Day in Canada: Celebrate with us on Saturday the 12th. FREE Public Swim (3-5pm), FREE Public Skate (3:30-5pm), and FREE Field House Walk-in opportunities to all community members.

 Western Valley 50+ Bowling: The WVRA invites all those 50+ living to a fun bowling opportunity at the Woodstock Bowlacade on Thursday the 17th from 10am to Noon. Cost is $5 which includes bowling, shoes and light refreshments. Get out and be active and socialize with friends. Everyone is welcome!

 Art War – It’s Gonna Get Messy: Thursday the 17th in the Gallery Room. Featured artists are Jody McLeary, Nicole Manuel, Jaclyn Prosser, Amanda Trizna, Japheth McKinney etc. Music by Camilo V. 7 pm, Show starts at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $30. Must be 19yrs+. In support of the Dooryard Arts Festival.

Dinner Theatre ‘Almost 40’: That 70’s Show by Broadway Productions. The show dates are Thursday, the 24th, & Friday the 25th! Doors open at 6:30, show starts at 7pm. Tickets are $50 at the AYR Motor Centre. Choice of table if a total of 8 tickets are purchased at once. (Brigitte Wilson catering). Cash Bar provided at event.

 ‘Proud Canadian’ Dance Party: Friday the 25th from 5:30-7:30 pm at AYR Motor Centre. For intellectually & physically challenged adults.   DJ John Allen entertaining; Refreshments provided. FREE event.
